My name is Sharonne Phillips and I am an expert on systems. In fact I have a fascination with systems. I believe that all systems can work effectively and that systems are the solution to building efficent processes. I have the experience and knowledge to describe and implement what works best for individuals and organizations.
I have worked in the health, hospitality, administrative, manufacturing and mining industries for over 25 years and have worked closely with staff and managers to achieve greater understanding and efficencies in the workplace.
